1. Using SWS Shop
SWS Shop is a marketplace connecting customers, partner stores and delivery drivers. You must be 18 or older to hold a store or driver account.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are set by partner stores and shown inclusive of VAT. A delivery fee applies to orders under ฿199. Cancellations after a store accepts an order may be charged.
3. Partner stores
Stores are responsible for product accuracy, stock levels, food safety and issuing tax invoices when requested.
4. Drivers
Drivers are independent partners and must hold a valid licence and insurance. Trip payouts and incentives are shown before you accept a job.
5. Conduct
Harassment, fraud and unsafe driving lead to account suspension. Report issues from Help & contact us.
