App Privacy summary
Data linked to you: payment info (order totals, card token), precise location (delivery and driver tracking), contact info (name, phone, address), user content (photos, chat, reviews) and identifiers (account ID, device ID). Data is used for app functionality, order fulfilment and fraud prevention — not for third-party advertising.

Customers share location to find nearby stores and receive delivery. Drivers share precise location only while online and on an active trip. Location sharing stops when you go offline.

Card details are tokenised by our payment processor. SWS Shop never stores full card numbers. Sensitive financial actions require a PIN or biometric confirmation.
